Processing time:
I do my best to ship orders out within 2-3 business days of the purchase date. Barring high volume periods or unforeseen circumstances, you may expect to receive a shipping notification within 7 business days. I will do my best to transparently communicate any changes or exceptions to this estimate in the notification bar at the top of this site and on social media. Feel free to reach out via the contact form if you have any questions concerning your order.

Shipping notifications:
Shipping notifications will be sent out when either a) the shipping label is created, or b) the stamp has been pasted. This does not mean the package is in transit; there is always a gap between when the package has been prepared and when it is actually taken to the post office. In the case of packages with a tracking number, you can follow along (via the tracking number link provided in your shipping notification email) to see precisely when your package was received by the post office, as well as other updates on its journey. ​

Shipping restrictions:
Shipping is currently only available in the U.S. I will be working, over time, to slowly expand shipping to more countries. Amanita containing products must not be shipped to the state of Louisiana. If you place an order to Louisiana with a product that contains amanita muscaria or amanita pantherina, your order will sadly have to be cancelled.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In this way, all sales are final.

Refunds & replacements:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, or had items missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to work with you. You may reach us via the contact form, or by responding to any of your shipping notification emails. We will work with you to reach a solution. ​

Cancellations:
Cancellations are only accepted prior to the creation of a shipping label (typically 2-3 business days). If you have already received your shipping notification email, we are unable to process a cancellation for you.
